I have had a lot in the past, mostly 1 day bans, I haven't been banned for a long time now though.

As for who has had the most bans, the statistic likely exists / can be found by admin staff and perhaps moderators. It would be interesting to know, but sadly it might also begin a wave of idiots wanting to be banned to try and be at the top of the list which could be irritating.
