Sorry buddy but you will never get a response if you don't post actual information on what you want the comic to be about. Whether you're willing to pay for it. If you have the script and just need an artist, ect. Post some actual information and you'll get an actual response.

Hopefully you'll have better luck with the Collabinator.
Also, you should consider giving more details about what comic you'd like to do, and why your writing is 10x better than what an artist could do on their own. Otherwise there's no reason for people to take interest.
