Need people for my anime project

Hello everyone! I'm not use to this kind of thing so please for give me if I leave anything out.
I'm starting a new anime project called "Kirito Vs Rikka" (Sword art online vs Chuuni byou, if you will) I would rather have people on the team that has at least seen these two animes, but it's not really needed.
i shall have pictures at the bottom showing everything you'll basically be working with just in case you havent seen them.

What I need:
Flash artist/Animator
who can draw and animate everything.
Effects Animator(optional)
it would be nice to have an effects maker so the animator isnt doing all the work. but this can very well be done by myself.
Background Artist
who can draw all the backgrounds to the scenes. Just like animes have paintings in each seen.
But you don't have to paint lol you can use photoshop or whatever program, as long as it can be transferred.
1 voice actor and 1 voice actress
1 for Kirito(male)
2 for Rikka(female)

This is an action Fan animation so... I hope the animator is use to action scenes lol... there will be alot of background moving and loops. so movieclips are needed.
obviously im still in the planning process so theres no rush at the moment. I'm still working on the storyboard.
And skype will be NEEDED. if you arnet comfortable with using your voice thats fine, at least use it for the IM so we can screen share or transfer files easily.
