Longest gaming sessions you've had

Whats the longest time you've spent playing a game in one go (excluding eating, shitting, pissing ect.)
For me it was about 12 hours playing Final Fantasy 8, followed by an hour long break where I watched Youtube, followed by another 8 hours of Final Fantasy 8.

Probably about 14 or so hours for Fallout 3 and Skyrim. I felt pretty rough the next day but I regret nothing.

At the most I can play 4 hours in one session. But I did play GTA: San Andreas for like 20 hourse straight once. Funny enough that was also the time when I discovered I have epilepsy.

I'm pretty sure I've done some 12 hours long sessions back when I was a kid and was super excited about my N64. I remember playing Ocarina of Time almost all day, only taking lunch/dinner/toilet breaks and time at night to sleep (my parents wouldn't let me play anymore after 22:00). It's not like I had anything better to do anyway.

I've never attempted any real marathon sessions though. I should try one sometime just so I can say I've done it :p

Not sure how long, but I remember having some really intense sessions of Pokemon. At times I pretty much played entire days many days in a row and large portions of the nights as well. I think I had a Doom 3 marathon when that game came out, too, tried completing the whole game in one go. It didn't work but that should have been more than just a regular day, maybe 16-18 hours...

From about 11 to 7 so what's that? About 20 hours? I think that's my longest, I could be excluding something else but its the clearest one I have and my most recent one. It was Skyrim and at my sister's insistence I stay up with her and help her with some last minute studying. All I did was write her essay in five minutes and then proceeded to play Skyrim.

I'm not sure because I don't normally keep track of time when I play. It's got to be longer than 7 hours though. I played to the part where you explore the cave with Tenzin in Uncharted 2 on my first playthrough (I could've played longer, but I stayed up all night the night before, so I fell asleep). I'm not sure if that's my longest or not though. My longest is probably in Uncharted 2, Skate 3, Fallout 3, or Skyrim.

Whenever Halo 4 was released we had five friends in two rooms of the same house all with separate TV's and a shit load of snacks. Literally kept playing for more than 24 hours straight, took a brief nap, and then went back to playing. We didn't even stop to eat we just took bites of our food in the lobbies. Pretty sure we were some of the highest ranked players in the world at launch due to non-stop playing and double XP.

I think I might have played for 20 hours perhaps once with World of Warcraft a while back, when it comes to most RPGs when I have the day to play them I usually take session of 10-14 hours.

So GTA gives you seizers? Somehow it doesn't seem like a game with abundance of flashy lights or movement that gives you motion sickness. That's a surprise... also, ditto, that's another game I've played much longer than I should have played. Probably not 20 hours in a row, but at least over a thousand hours total...

Ah. Those games are like alternative lifes. Tried them, but they seemed too addicting so I stopped playing. I like games where there's an attainable goal, that you can actually finish. Games like The Sims just go on forever...

I can't be sure it's my longest ever session, but I remember playing a free mode game of GTA IV online and I was in the same game for 8 hours. It was a scary realisation. Free mode on GTA IV was always a lot of fun if you had good players in the game.

Chances are that I probably have played something for a longer period of time but that example sticks out the most for some reason.
