I get panic attacks every day, which is not good. i've always been a nervous person but i think it's gotten out of hand.
So newgrounds, do any of you suffer from this dreaded disorder? and the most famous question: what do i do (should i take meds or no, i'm strongly against prescription medication)
basically, anxiety is ruining my life.

Also, I like annoying Americans by calling English football "real football" and American football "rugby".-Lost-Chances
Only ever had an anxiety attack one time thought it was mostly because I was taking a shower and the heat didn't mix well with my anxiety
it was probably mostly the heat cause I felt kind of calm just everything was going black and my hearing was weird
You have always had it? You haven't checked with doctors to get medication?
Does your anxiety also happen to effect your intelligence by any chance?

If I am going to help you, I have to ask you a few questions. How old are you? Do you live alone? If not, how many people do you live with? Do you go to school, or work, or do you stay at home?
anxiety is for pussies afraid of their own shadow

People have coped with anxiety without drugs for thousands of years. You'll be fine without them. Some kind of professional help might be in order, though. However, your description of anxiety is a little ambiguous.

Yes and people "coped" with diabetes without drugs for thousands of years. Or not. The thing about mental illnesses is they will not directly kill you. That doesn't make them any less real. Let's say you're an extreme case here, you'll survive with having severe anxiety but you will feel like shit every day (which could have been the case for some before such medications were pioneered). Either way, you can live a perfectly healthy, natural lifestyle but it doesn't always mean you will be free of illness.
What you should do OP is seek professional help. If your doctor/psychologist/psychiatrist instantly wants to feed you with drugs off the bat, they are probably bad medical practitioners and you need to seek out someone different. Try therapy for a while, and THEN if you don't see improvements, and YOU are trying hard to make changes, you shouldn't have to suffer and may want to look into medications that can help relieve your anxiety. You shouldn't feel ashamed for wanting a better quality of life. Once you start feeling less anxious then you can slowly taper off your medications. Although developing a dependency is always something to keep in mind.
If your work isn't worth fighting for, it's not worth uploading on NG, period. (JrHager84)
The link leads to a YouTube Channel with a selection of binaural beats. You must listen with stereo headphones for them to actually work. Pick one with "Alpha" or "Theta" (Those are known to relieve anxiety). Sit back and relax, and maybe close your eyes. You may prefer a recliner or even a bed. Note: Don't listen to too much in one day, or you might get nightmares. Listen to maybe five minutes, then in a week or so, seven minutes, and so on. This may not be right for you; consult a doctor if you have concerns.
Um...erm... whatever. Your choice.
So... Does anyone think Piemix might have offed himself?
He hasn't responded to any of this.
Fuck I've only known chicks to have anxiety along with panic attacks. On top of that panic attacks every day? Jesus I don't know what to tell you.
Just chill man. I got over my panic attacks, and you could too.
Everything is fine. Accept that and then youll be able to move on
I think Piemix is dead guys. I really do. This desperate anxiety thread, and then nothing.
Well... here's a meme I made because I really don't know what to say.

Talk to a professional. There's nothing we can say that can make a direct impact to your psychological problem. Being against drugs for the sake of some twisted principle is stupid.
The term "Don't knock it till you try it" comes to mind
