I'm reading "False Memory" right now. It's a really good thriller. About mind control and whatnot. I've never read a book by him i didn't enjoy.

I've read these.
The Funhouse.
Darkfall.
Phantoms.
Watchers.
Funhouse and Darkfall were not that great, but fun to read anyway.
Phantoms and Watchers are great horror novels. I recommend those highly if you've never read them. I think they are considered to be some of his best works, if not the best.

Thank you for the recommendation. I will definitely check them out. :)

The only one I can recall is Night Chills.
Though I could have swore I read something about him doing something recently. Maybe doing something at public libraries, something about bullying?

Does he still have the stigma of being a poor man's Stephen King?

I read Relentless by him, he's kinda bland imo. I don't know, it's very hard to get into his books.

I've only read one. I forget the title right now. The one with that Wyvern place and the guy with the skin condition who can only go out at night and those evil killer monkey gangs. It was great, I've read it a few times.
Wouldn't mind recommendations from people who know his books well of what else I might like by him.
The sig that I'm wearin? Awesomely made by Skaren!
Also, I like annoying Americans by calling English football "real football" and American football "rugby".-Lost-Chances

I read Watchers, which I honestly thought was a bit silly and hokey what with the dog pushing buttons and scrabble tiles coming out so he could communicate. I guess it was alright, though.
My dad gave me a bunch of his books and insists that he's good, though. I'l probably give him another chance at some point.

Night Chills was also about sublimal mind control. Honestly there were 21 books on the cell block and 20 of them were crusty romance novels that I didn't want to touch, so..
I don't regret reading it. After I read it, I got up early and scrawled some sublimal messages on the plexiglass window that the guards used to moniter our dorm room. We were the middle cellblock so I wanted to try an experiment. I took an eraser and scrawled sublimal messages all over the window, they basically said to feed our cell first or there would be dire consequences too graphic even for NG..all down the window. You could look right through the window and never know it was there.
Everyone was surprised that the guards fed our dorm first . One guy had been waiting 4 years to be indicted on charges and he was even wow'd, this had never happened before..they had never fed this middle cell first. I didn't say anything. I was in the maximum security part with the murderers and such. Everyone in there was basically going to be doing alot of time.
I did a few more experiments on the inmates, scrawling subliminal messages inbetween the cracks of the bricks really lightly with a pencil lead. I was known to get up early and exercise and do laps. I had simular results with the inmates, so I decided that it was time to write a personal letter to the judge..
..and here I am. Amazing, eh? I'll give Dean Koontz that one, in a way he kinda helped me outta a jam. XD
