Stop flash from duplicating layers

I notice that flash sometimes duplicate all my layers in the same timeline. I have a feeling I was pressing the duplicate keyboard shortcut by accident. Is there anyway to prevent this or find the keyboard shortcut to disable it?

i think keyboard shortcuts are edit>Keyboard Shortcuts...

but there's no default for duplicating layers. you might want to reinstall flash when it starts acting up like this

Yea I dont think there is a default button to duplicate layers. It could just be me because I do run several programs. This has happen before I reinstall flash. It does not happen too frequently but I'll make back up save copies just in case.
