The entire Audio portal has good, usable music! All you need to do is check out the audio portal. You can even break up the audio portal by genres, if there is something specific you're looking for.

Plenty of artists here are willing to share their music with you, as this is a Creative commons Audio Portal. You can ask for music to be of a certain speed, certain mood, certain genre, and more!

A request such as : "Hey, can anyone suggest a slow, calming song from the ambient genre for my flash movie?" for example, would be just good as "Hey, I need something between 80 and 120 BMP, but using soothing synths, and not techno".
