Its something I should really start doing on my own, or just anywhere. Great way to get fit when you do it often enough, and dancing is so much fun.

I have been trained to dance in a performance setting with the basics and some additional physical theatre moves. But no I don't tend to do such things "on the dance floor" as they are best when done to create a play / silent dialogue.

If I was to dance in a more conventional way, then I would only do ballroom style dancing, I am not a fan of the club style shifting your body weight rubbish that people call dancing.

I dance like a weirdo when I'm alone and thats it. And 9 times out of 10 the dancing DOES NOT match the music whatsoever xD

I dont go to parties. I've never gone to parties. Never even been on a dancefloor either.
