And it's all in 24 fps.
Yes; all you have is one second.
One second to make your mark.
One second to impress.
One second to animate.

Sadly, I may need a programmer with Flash to do this collab, but I'll host it. My flash has been deleted, and i can't make another animation. Pencil is all I have.

RULES:

NO PORN
NO STICK FIGURES
NO EXTENSIVE GORE
NO MATURE CONTENT

I'm willing to fit 24 frames of goodness into my schedule.

Also, we should probably know what version of Flash you're using so that people can convert the FLAs as needed if they make an animation in a later version.

Houston, we have a problem. 7 contributors are here. SEVEN.

Also, I don't at the moment have flash (As specified at the top) and I will try to find someone that can piece this all together.

just a heads up that this finished product will be a terrible eye-strain with the background and content changing every second. you might want to set some guidelines or you'll have yourself a disco-ball of a movie

Dimensions are what now?
Since you said, we have 1 second for the 24 frames, I assume that the whole thing runs at 24 FPS. (duh)
Are sounds allowed?

Last question: Are sprites allowed?
