Others were good, but nothing really come close to this masterpiece. Its beyond pro level and totally original and independently made. Its rare quality that you just don't see nearly enough of ANYWHERE on the web.

Even though it uses tons of well known characters and sprites, it still feels wrong to give it to any other game since all the others pale in comparison to its massive ensemble of characters, story and varied game play styles.

Am I the only person who thought that Lucky Day Forever wasn't good or groundbreaking at all? Here's Why:
1. The plot is extremely boring, bland, and predictable.
2. The characters are a joke. I mean, they have no personalities, no emotions, no expressions, nor anything compelling/relational.
3. It had nice layouts, but got wasted on mediocre animation.
As for best of 2012:
Movies: Final Fantasy Last Mages, Double Dragon: A Dragon's Tale (one of the rare few submissions that justify the video uploader's existence), Brofox Assault, and Super Mario Porno Collab
Games: Abobo's Big Adventure and Katawa Shoujo: Symphony of the Feminist.
Musicians: Stunkel, Interotaku, 1600, Lich Lord, and Dythen

I'm not impressed with the way things are going here.

I just can't tell if you're serious or not when you say Lucky Day Forever is not good, but then suggest only stick figure movies and parodies as best of 2012.

Of that bunch, I feel Abobo's Big Adventure takes the cake for best game and Lucky Day Forever should be the best movie.

That's just my opinion.

I think Red Rogue should be nominated for Game of the Year still, just so we can say it did.
