How do I flag movies and games as

stolen? I swear I looked everywhere and I can not find the flag option. There's a copy of bloons tower defense 4 that has been submitted and I checked the profile just to see if ninja kiwi was resubmitting it under a strange name or if he just decided to submit it years late to newgrounds but it's obviously not him and the guy who did submit it gave credit but it's still stolen. Help?

Post stolen content in the Elite Guard Barracks. But it's not necessary to post about that game I have actually already posted about it in there and it will be deleted by the portal mods shortly. There is no longer a Button to Flag stolen content but I believe it's getting worked on by the Staff.
