Inception-like collab

This is my first time doing something here other than reviewing games. I actually know less than nothing on what's needed to make a collab, and all I have is a really good idea, a new theory about dreams, with not much to do with inception, but works on the same subject. If anyone is up to help, knows a lot about programming, and wants to do something really cool... well, you know!
