We're considering doing a Kickstarter to sell a limited number of "authentic" Abobo's Big Adventure arcade cabinets. These cabinets would also double as MAME arcade emulation cabinets (play ANY old arcade ROM you can find). It would also work for NES, SNES, Genesis, etc. emulators.
You've seen the 2 player cabinet, so now check out the 4 PLAYER OPTION!
A couple questions:
1. How much would you expect to pay as a Kickstarter pledge to get one of these limited edition (and numbered) cabinets?
2. Would you prefer 2 or 4 player? What should the price difference be between 2 and 4 player versions?
This is our own cabinet design and can be a full sized standing arcade, a table top arcade, and also completely breaks down and fits in the trunk of a car for easy traveling around.
What would be a good "brand name" for this kind of versatile cabinet?
A. TravelCade
B. TransformArcade
C. Hackercade
D. TakeArcade
E. ShipperCade
F. BreakArcade
G. BreakerCade
H. [ Insert your own name! ]

$1k-$2k maybe? Would love it to be cheaper, but I doubt it possibly could be.

I would go for a 4 player one, it justifies it getting it more if you can turn it into an awesome party game. And yeah the 4 player should be a bit pricier, say about 25-50% more

Which holy shit sauce on waffles that makes it so much cooler that its not a giant behemoth that is a burden to move around if you have to relocate.

I might have to save up a bit for this bad boy.

Hey, thanks for answering all those Qs. I know it's a bit of a pricey setup for an "impulse" kind of purchase. We need a lay away plan or something...
Any thoughts on a better name than the ones in the list?

We're looking for something that's more about how the cabinet can be full sized, table top, and break down for storage/travel instead of just limiting it to only Abobo.

I like the "Takes the Cake" idea. Might be lost on most people though.
Awesome, I've always wanted to build one. Specifically something for Hydro Thunder.. my guilty pleasure.
I suppose 'Porta-a-Play' and 'Port-a-cade' are bad ones =P But seriously. Maybe "Mash n' Go!", "Run 'n Fun", and my favorite "Sticks2Go".
BreakerCade sounds pretty badass.

I like sticks2go, but would people think it's only joysticks?
Hydro Thunder looks awesome!
