hugging is a great way to channel and exchange positive chakra in interhuman relations. i'd rate hugging 4 stars out of a possible 5, would recommend

I went outside, but it was cold and I didn't hug anyone as 1: I didn't know of this, and 2: my coat was covered in snow and it wouldn't have been a nice thing to do.

I will however send hugs to my friends. Special, nice, long, warm hugs just for them.
