If I use the preinstalled Vocals in Fl Studio 10 am I allowed to use those in a song and post said song on Newgrounds?

I depends on which ones.

If they are actual instruments licensed as such for use in FL, then yes. (Such as some of the "ooh" and "aah" choir instruments)

If they are the vocals from the demo songs, then NO. Those are copyrighted AFAIK.

When you use non-copyrighted vocals, it usually helps to state EXACTLY where you got them from, usually in the credit section, or at least in the comments.

And if you sing them yourself, more power to ya! :D
