Definitey my iPhone. I hated having to carry around both a phone and an iPod at the same time before.
I could imagine that the best iPod to get for jogging would be the 5th gen iPod Nano. The current version is a crock of shit and it's ugly.
The 5th gen Nano has physical buttons and it looks nice (and a shitty camera, if that matters).
My phone, an LG Optimus 4X HD. Yes, it's a phone, but it does play mp3s. And many other formats as well.

I have a Nano. It does the job. Apparently they have multi-touch screens now, but I don't even use the touch screen on mine. I just use the physical buttons like it were a Shuffle. 99% of the time I use it is for my lifting playlist, so I kinda regret not just getting a Shuffle.
