I didn't complain, I asked for a solution and I guess yours was sleep. I've been trying to sleep for the past week and had my routine back on track but I did something with people and stayed very late which flip my routine on its head again. I've accentually been trying to sleep for a lot of the night.
You need to stop yourself from caring about people on the Internet to the point where you get angry. I'l do whatever I want you battle hardened blob of unaccomplishment.
