I came in here expecting 2 pages of autofellatio, communal fellatio, mod fellatio and just about every other type of fellatio...

There is an actual point raised here though: Most of the mods (not just BBS ones; across the whole board) don't appear to be here anymore. I can't find any evidence that 3 quarters of them have come back here in the last month at least. Some have been gone for a lot longer (Clickteam lol!).

Now, yes, the forums are just fine with the amount of mods we have that are still active right now (thanks to the overall lack of site activity since the redesign), so I'm not saying we need new ones. However, I would still vote for getting rid of the old, inactive ones simply for the sake of housekeeping and not confusing the new users who are told to PM a mod with a relevant issue (picking an inactive one isn't going to help, obviously). And also because old, dead accounts are just security risks if mod privileges are left on them for too long; Eventually some of the retards this site attracts will notice when no-one is watching an account and they can take as long as they like trying to guess the password.

Yes, for those of you who weren't here in 2009 (and a couple of times before), this did happen. There really are people that pathetic in the world.

I imagine if new mods would be voted in, it'd be like the Illuminati where NG is a frat and the mod initiation is a bunch of elder mods smacking the newbs in the ass with wooden paddles and making them drink beer bongs.

"Figure it out yourself" is not conducive to community growth, when it comes to how a website works. Regardless of whether or not anyone else thinks that's a bad thing, Tom makes money off this site, and a site like this is only as big and productive as its userbase.
