I've been wanting to make an animation for a while but i never knew how to get started.

I mean... i've been drawing a lot and i've also been making lots of flipnote animation stuff.

So i wanted to know what is the best and i maybe cheapest (or even free!) animation download software to get me started?
You know... For the noobies :P

Here's a list of animation software. Free and open sourced sounds like what you're looking for. I can't attest to how good/bad any of the open sourced softwares are, but they are probably all worth looking into, plus there's that whole 'free' thing. The Adobe creative cloud is a great option if you want Flash, but can't drop the immediate hundreds of dollars on it. It's a monthly fee of like 20 bucks, and you get access to all of the Adobe products.

1st - learn how to draw life, like live drawing and shit, when you learn anatomy completely you can get started, it will be super easy for you then to get good poses and all that
2 - animation programs, the main ones are toonboom, flash and tvpaint, man ... just ... just freaking download a pirate version, you ll be just learning, its not like you ll be earning thousands, or buy the student version of flash or toonboom, they are cheaper and they are the same full version.

3 - uhhh buy the animator s survival kit, that should get you started from the beginning
