Happens to not be a 'real' song at all. By 'not real', I mean that it was written in a few hours, doesn't have any kind of official recording, and is owned by fox.
This is pretty much the best recording of it I could find.
The lyrics:
English translation:
The dog, the dog, is my heart!
The cat, the cat, the cat is not good!
Cilantro is a singer, Cilantro is very famous!
Cilantro is the man with the devil's cheese!
The dog, the dog, never without reason
The cat, the cat, the cat is obscene
Cilantro is a lover, Cilantro is very affectionate
Cilantro can kiss you better than your husband

I actually dig some flamenco kinda style but I usually don't play a 3/12 count, mostly 'cause I'm not as used to it. I hear a 4 count alot here in the states but I hear alot of good rumbas and such in a 4 count.
The lyrics of the OP song reminds me of a traditional children's song called 'el don gato', ya might like that..some versions are a little dark. XD
What some gitano do to a guitar without a pick is amazing. XD
