I could use some help making music for a video game my group of friends and I have been creating. we already have two musicians working on the music; myself and another buddy of mine that I've been composing music with for about six years. We could just use all the help we can get, it gets to be too tedious for just people. The setting is in a fictional world with a 40's look to everything except its all somewhat industrialized, tin roofs, girders, bulbous rusting cars, cracked cobblestone streets think of FF7's midgar, so the tone is kind of dreary but with the sounds of jazz for the music. this man is definitely an inspiration http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SPge6q3RNnI except the music is modernized a little bit with more brass. thats as much information as i can think of that would really benefit you. anything else you might need to know just let me know, oh! and im willing to pay! i posted a picture of the beta title screen.
Definitely sounds interesting, and I'd certainly willing to give out a hand, especially considering the jazz elements you're looking for, as they seem to go right in my alley!
Here's an example of what I can do:
And a crappily recorded live version:
We can discuss this further through PM if you're interested!
I can help too, it could be fun.
I have about 4 years experience in FL studio, and am willing to do this for absolutely no cost.
Also, I do have Skype if you need to talk to me in person.
And an email address.
I haven't done a project like this before, but I promise you won't be disappointed.
PM me and I'll give you more information.
I think I might be able to lend a hand!
Check out my website here:
I am looking forward to working with you!
I have also sent a PM. :]
Cool project. If I can help let me know. Here are some examples of what I can do.

Orchestral fantasy opening
Unfortunately I'm not good at jazz, but you can use any of the songs I've uploaded on Newgrounds, or ask me to make something new in a similar style.
