Has anyone taken a close look at the ng sideground to the left? The chubby looking thing with the black skin, looks like Mr Popo from Dragonball Z?

Has Tom Fulp accidentally channeled from above Mr Popos homeworld and how it looks like??

It's the same as the guy on the right. That isn't his skin, it's a coat, and the white part is fur or something.

I can't see the sideground, unfortunately, but why do his people have stubby arms and misshapen bodies? Are they the freaks or is he?
