$$ Looking for Animation Partner

I have an idea for a youtube series which involves a small bit of animation. The videos will be short, around 2 minutes or less. Very minimal scenes, mostly just a lot of story building up to one video. I'd post more about it, but I'm not going to share this idea on a public forum where someone can steal it and not credit me.

This will be a partnership with me as the writer, storyboarder, and back up animator. I'm looking to do a bunch of animations for youtube and hope to become a youtube partner by the end of the year. This is a great potential for someone looking to make cash animating and doing small and funny animations. Also, if you are good enough I'm willing to pay you up front for some of the work, but you'll lose out on some of the money later down the line.

If you aren't "the best", but you have a gallery full of work and you can prove you've been trying to get into animating I'll help you get better while doing these projects. But you have to be willing to work until it's good quality.
