I have some questions.
I have just obtained Toon Boom Studio recently and I want to make a music video for a school project. I have experience with using Adobe Flash, and I've made a few animations with Toon boom. But I have a problem
I don't know how to sync an animation to music in the program.
I want to make something similar to this:

The closest I've came to a perfectly synced animation is this, but with Flipnote Studio:

Does anyone here have any experience with syncing animation to music in Toon Boom Studio?
Another question I have is how to make a blur effect and make scenes fade in and fade out from each other.
P.S.: Can anyone also tell me what the name of the song used in the first video is? I know it was sung by Hatsune Miku, but I don't know the name of the song.

The Shape-shifting Amphibian.
