I took your advice and started drinking more water. Have not seen a doctor or told anyone IRL. No more blood...however, going number two has been very painful lately. Every time I go I feel like I'm giving birth through my ass. Sometimes I can spend hours in the bathroom, slowly easing it out to (marginally) decrease the pain. Need help.

if you've been eating a lot of cheese or stuff like that, stop eating it or anything else that can make you constipated.
it's probably because your poop keeps scratching a scab or something, get medical cream or something for it.

You should've listened to your parents and eat your veggies... avoid cheeses or anything that would "clog you up", eat veggies and beans, if it's as bad as you've described, then buy softeners or even a laxative.
