I don't know, the SUPER CRISP hd look kinda gives me a different feeling towards the new movie than the original, I'm not saying it's a bad thing, but I don't think it's gonna have the same kinda charm and feeling the original did.

I know it's not, but the original had such a distinct feeling to me, making it again like this just seems not quite right. It sure as hell looks better than about 85% of horror being put out nowadays though.

You know I hear this every time a remake of anything comes out, and if I didn't hear it every time I'd say, "Maybe your right" like I always do. But... yeah, when I saw that trailer, my initial thoughts were that they were doing it closer to how it would've been done with SE capabilities and so forth if they actually had them back then.

I personally didn't like Evil Dead 2 (*epic gasp*), the first one will forever be a classic though, Army of Darkness however played an important part in my growth as child too, hence, why I am here, at Newgrounds...

This is so gaaaay. I'm not usually one to bitch about remakes, but this is something sacred that they're digging up and taking a dump on. The campyness of the original was what gave it charm. This is just wrong..
