Whenever I have a 12 pack of Coke around I finish in three days at least.

Soda is a useful sex lube.

All of it.

I limit myself to one per day or if I must have more then I drink it with a meal.

I happen to like my teeth where they are.

I like juice or water. If neither is around I have soda. I try not to have alot though.

Only ever in alcohol beverages. I kicked the soda habit years ago, and now it has no appeal (unless mixed with delicious vodka, rum, or rye).

Soda doesn't really have any short term effects, but in the long term... you would wish that you didn't drink so much.

Some days I don't drink any but usually, it's about one can a day. Never any more than two or three, but that's on very rare occasions.

Soda should be treated the same as a candy bar, as in that it is a once in awhile junkfood. Chronic soda drinkers are often overweight (due to wrecking your metabolism, not from the calories) and can have a multitude of other health problems such as kidney stones or even problems with your teeth.

So yeah, I'll have a soda occasionally if I go to some nasty fast food joint or whatever. But buying soda by the case or liter is just asking for trouble unless it's split between a few people.

I'm a lucky one. I might be underweight in fact. I don't drink it every day. One pack each week.

It's actually comparatively better, since it usually lacks the heaps of refined sugar that soda tends to have.
But my belief in that is surely clouded by some breed of denial ;)

Funny this comes up today! Today is day 1 of me breaking my coke addiction.
I've been drinking at least 2 cans of coke pretty much every day for the past couple years now and I'm trying to cut out all the shit in my diet. This is number 1 for me. I drank more coke last year than I did water, so it's gonna be interesting to see how I old up this year regarding my health.

There's one that I believe is cane sugar. And the other is like pepsi throwback or sierra mist natural, just regular sugar. But sometimes Dr. Pepper because that is delicious. It's still unhealthy sugary garbage but I feel a little less crappy than I do when I have the high fructose corn syrup stuff. Probably all in my head, whatever.
