Foreword: You don't need to be good at something to have an opinion on it. You're allowed to think something sucks, no-one can take that away from you.
You do, however, need to know your shit to criticize it with any degree of accuracy.

Just shut up and stick to deciding whether or not you like it. Newgrounds as fine as-is, a bunch of uppity assholes running around being oh so fucking helpful wouldn't help anything.I entirely disagree. True, there are quite a few people who can't be assed to read long critiques but there are also quite a few who can be. It's not worthwhile to critique people who have obviously put no creative effort into what they've made but I don't think it's a waste of time at all to critique those who seem to genuinely care about the quality of their work.
Hah, nice work on reading my post.
I'm joking you suck and your critiques suck. Yeah your abhorrent unhelpful critiques were included in the generic umbrella of "everyone here and their patronizing paragraphs can go fuck themselves". You just sit there and fucking go on and on and expect them to interpret words about a visual medium in a constructive manner. Hell you just proved you can't even interpret words divorced of a criticizing context.
Let me save you the fucking trouble and sum up my post so you can't fuck it up so badly next time (hint, it wasn't that it was too long, it was too long-winded. as in you suck):
1) You can't make people better. They have to help themselves. And the minute they start doing that, they don't need some parental guiding hand, just the rulebook and the patience to figure it out. You can't teach humility and the willingness to improve.
2) Everything you could possibly say, someone else has said better. Everything. On art. Your words are redundant, and most of the written advice is repeatable ad nauseum. Doesn't stop you and every silly asshole with the ability to write more then sentence without getting bored just talk talk fucking talk GOD DAMN IT.
What you spew out is just words. Words that don't matter, words that confuse and befuddle a singularly visual medium.
That leaves in your toolbag of goodies to help people:
1) Links. Links to people who know their stuff and have managed to construct brilliant tutorials and everything the budding artist needs to get better. These people know their shit and have layed it out for people to peruse themselves in a manner they feel like, instead of having it spoonfed to them. Doesn't matter how long it is.
2) Demonstrations. Redrawing, repainting, whatever, their art to articulate your personalized ideas in a manner easily applicable by said artist. The less words the better, use your skill to teach. Hell, create a tutorial yourself.
3) No. That's it.
Neither of can be done in the usual pissing newground's reviewing format, are done in the atypical newground's art forum, and are even mildly attempted by YOU.
