I consider myself as part of the 1 percent. I mean, all my submissions I at least put effort into it and not just mindless garbage.

Even though 2010 was 3 years ago everyone thinks I am a noob why?

I've given a lot of constructive criticism in my life mostly because I'm better at it than I am at giving useful positive criticism. And honestly, it's only once in a while that I get a negative reaction. In part it's because I'm fairly decent at telling who would or wouldn't mind criticism but it's also in part due to tone. A lot of people who give criticism don't seem to realize how they sound. They come across as being a lot meaner than they intended to. This I think happens a lot more frequently for people who haven't received a lot of criticism of all tones, which is mostly non-artists, hence how frequently the "You can't make it so you can't judge it" argument gets thrown around.

I entirely disagree. True, there are quite a few people who can't be assed to read long critiques but there are also quite a few who can be. It's not worthwhile to critique people who have obviously put no creative effort into what they've made but I don't think it's a waste of time at all to critique those who seem to genuinely care about the quality of their work.

I would say I'm the 1%, I've never bitched about how the Newgrounds gang could improve the website, and I've submitted a decent amount of things.

I don't submit flash content specifically, but I've been here for longer than 80% of newgrounds at least, as well as vote on every flash submission in the portal. Ever.
