I don't know, a fish tank? Does that mean the next clue is at the Gotham Aquarium?

I'd rather die a Wolf fighting against the Herder, than die a Sheep heading for the slaughter.

Home, where I learned the truth about despair, as will you. There's a reason why this prison is the worst hell on earth... Hope. Every man who has ventured here over the centuries has looked up to the light and imagined climbing to freedom. So easy... So simple... And like shipwrecked men turning to sea water from uncontrollable thirst, many have died trying. I learned here that there can be no true despair without hope. So, as I terrorize Gotham, I will feed its people hope to poison their souls. I will let them believe they can survive so that you can watch them clamoring over each other to "stay in the sun." You can watch me torture an entire city and when you have truly understood the depth of your failure, we will fulfill Ra's al Ghul's destiny... We will destroy Gotham and then, when it is done and Gotham is ashes, then you have my permission to die.

The animated series was pretty good.

Everytime I watch clips of it on youtube I get the biggest blast of nostalgia ... almost as much as the Bug's Life OST :)

I actually have The entire animated series on my PC :D

How does everyone here think of Batman Beyond/ Batman of the future?

I always loved the series, it's interesting to see how Bruce copes with age and time.

In the first episode where it showed Bruce's last mission as Batman was always a great opening, I mean it's not only realistic in the sense that he could never be able to be at his peak forever, but to also see how crime would just return over time as if batman never existed in the first place was always a pretty real take on what would happen, as well as how the joker is more remembered and has gangs formed after him rather then batman. Some other cool facts is that some episodes are experiments that would see how they would write and animate the Justice League series.

I would love to see some reboot of this series.

When Batman Beyond aired I was super excited! Then the old wrinkly Bruce Wayne and it kind of made me sad. I watched a few episodes but couldn't get into it. I was around 13,14 then.

I was thinking of buying the animated series on dvd.

I remember when I watched the first episode as a kid, when the almighty batman almost get beaten to death by common punks. I remember getting chocked up, now as an adult it's even more dark knowing Bruce was forced to use a gun just to get out alive.

I remember the later seasons of Batman Beyond as a kid, but I enjoyed The Batman a bit more as I found the art style really awesome and the plot was really intense at times.

Note to self, buy The Batman on DVD.

(Considering how Provoke has taken a leave of absence, I'll take over her part just for the duration of her part within my plan)

*Distant voices can be heard over yonder by the superheroes*

Harley Quin: Hey Ed, you know you had that problem with trying to make the fish smile? Well I had the bright idea of hanging the victims upside down. That way it'll look like they're smiling! Clever?

The Riddler: Harley, you've complicated matters, madam-- And I had to contemplate how to deal with the new dynamics. It's like a puzzle where you want to get from word A to word B...... But to do so you can only change one letter at a time and must always form real words along the way.
For instance-- Stick.
Stock.
Stork.
Store.
Swore.
SWORD!

*The Riddler darts at Harley with his unsheathed riddle cane and points it at her throat*

Harley Quin: You got game Ed-- I give you that! My turn?

Don't you know? The biggest rule about this business is that we never, under any circumstances, reveal our clients. Anyway, it seems that to find Mr. Nigma, I'll have to work with you for the time being, as unpleasant as that seems. Expect me at the aquarium shortly.

It's going to be just as unpleasant for us, but it's going to have to work if we're going to rescue those hostages.
