3.93 / 5.00 4,634 ViewsHey guys, I tried to search for Tablet PC's in the search bar but I just got a bunch of threads about drawing tablets. Anyways, I'm a carpet installer/animator and I have long drives to work and back, usually an hour or so to the job site and an hour or so back. I was looking for animation software for my iphone to do some doodling animation but it's not as efficient as having Flash and therefore not as fun. I'm trying to look into getting a tablet or tablet PC/laptop or possibly an iPad to do some animating on the go. Kinda ruling out the iPad because I'm making the assumption that there isn't an Adobe Flash app for it and I want to send files back and forth from my PC. Was thinking more along the lines of a Windows 7 tablet that I can put CS4 on. I'd prefer not to have to spend more than 400-500 bucks, but if I have to save up, I would. I don't know anything about performance of tablets compared to desktops, but I'd like something that doesn't run like garbage and has pretty good sensitivity and pressure sensitivity with a stylus pen.
TLDR; Advice on buying a tablet PC so I can animate while out of the house?
I use a Fujitsu lifebook. I payed $125 for mine but they go for around 4-500. I use the T4220.
