You know how it is. Sometimes, you will be playing a game and you eventually come across something strange. It's not a glitch, its something that was intentionally put into the game. Something that just stands out, and is rather awkward or creepy.
For example, remember that enemy in Earthbound, Negative Man?
When you think about it, this basically comes down to 4 people beating up a creature with severe depression.
Or what about that guy in Zelda, Grog. The gray man with no pupils.
When you first see him in Ocarina Of Time, he says "People are disgusting. My own father and mother are disgusting. You must be disgusting, too"
I mean what's that about?
Do you have any moments to share that sort of made you feel a little awkward in games?
That part in FF7 when Cloud gets in a hot tub with a bunch of guys in panties. It was a relief when that was over.
The mission in splinter cell double agent where sam is drugged and hallucinates throughout the mission.
my sig has fighters in it bitches
The end of Mario Galaxy where everything dies

catherine for ps3 that speaks for itself pretty much and conkers bad fur day the flower with the gigantic tits getting pollinated.
Hitman: BloodMoney had sum strange Easter Eggs like the River Dancers and Max Payne 2 had that eerie memorial room for the developer that died
Silent Hill 3 Haunted Mansion You take a break from the horrors of Silent Hill with entering a haunted mansion with a very, warming, narrator.
Second to that would be the decapitating mannequin scene.
The game itself is scary but these scenes are far more weird and in their own way interesting.
MGS 3 if you save and restart the game when you have been captured and are in the cell block. I know now that is was cleverly placed demo for a game that never was completed. But first time it happened I just didn't know what to think.
Something, something, something

Hmm... no, can't say I do. Finding strange easter eggs makes me just yell out in exasperation and glee.
