Need help finding a movie

I am trying to find a movie on here that i found a while back. It was made to be like a dream and it has no real plot. I believe that the title had the word "skin" in it, but nothing shows up. A guy is really paranoid about people wanting his spare skins he has. It opens up with two people walking up to a random ass talking head and they put it in a box. any help?
