We survived the Mayan's probably-misunderstood prediction of the world's end, we caught Lance Armstrong red-handed, we had got another school-shootout on our hands, we endured hurricane sandy and the (ongoing) revolutions in Syria.
All in all, i don't think that much happened in 2012, at least nothing i'll remember after 2013.
Anyway, what event that has happened do you think is the most important, or the one that holds the most meaning to you?
Be it world shaping, in your local environment or in your family household.
Also, do you have any new years resolutions?
I don't. I'm too much of a pessimist to hold much validity to new years resolutions because i'd rather let my actions speak louder than words. But on a realistic point of view, new years resolutions are a good starting point for improving yourself.
the most important event for me is that i got pissed and crashed my second car, not so bad this time but oh well, a crash is a crash.

important event for me was kinda just grade 12 graduation i guess. but it all went down hill from there. i do have new years resolutions for the first year ever, but im not gonna share them cause im fucked. also, i'd like to know real quick how many of you are losers like me and are spending new years alone right now :P most years i do something but this year, just sittin at home with my parents...
