I know the Roku is not actually a mobile phone, but based on my interest I feel this is the most appropriate thread. Anyways, I have rooted/modded my Android phone (lots of fun) and I have now set my attention to my Roku2 HD box. It uses a Linux Kernel based OS, not incredibly different from Google's Droid OS, so it only seems logical that the Roku can be rooted/ superuser access granted. Haven't been able to find much info on the web, so I am looking for the answers within my community of fellow geeks. Any Linux/Unix/Androiders out there with any advice or insight into unlocking the Roku's full potential?
