Fact is this - if a number roughly equal to half the population of the planet are girls, that's around 3.5 BILLION individual people.

Slightly off topic, but the tradition of exchanging gifts, putting up a tree, mistletoe, eating heaps, getting drunk, and if you're a lucky, getting "lucky", is not Christian. These are Pagan traditions, things EVERYONE was allowed to celebrate, even those without a god/gods, or even different ones, it was known as "Pagan mass"

These were outlawed by King James as they were seen as "blasphemous", thus that particular holiday (derived from holidaeg meaning "holy day") was changed to "Christ's mass", and subsequently Christmas.

The best thing to look up is Hormone Reassignment Treatment (HRT), it's basically a course of pills with no real focus on surgery until the final push.
