Hi, I'm working on an animation right now and I was actually wondering the same thing. Can you please give me a more detailed information on how to get those shaky lines? Thanks!

using the black arrow (keyboard shortcut "V") select the lines you want to "Shake"

you'll want to convert them to a movieclip (F8)

double click the movieclip to enter it's edit in place mode

now you have 2 options here

F7(blank keyframe) and redraw the line
or
F6(insert keyframe) and modify the line slightly

after exiting and the line you made the movieclip will have a "shake" to it
