My mom didn't buy a computer until I was around eight. It was a Gateway with Windows XP installed, although I don't remember any other details. It was practically worthless - slow as hell from the day we got it.

It was a microsoft computer, with wndows 2000. I never really did much with it except played around with the pinball game and draw video games in mspaint.

mspaint story's a really silly one.

When I was 10 my dad got me this old laptop with a trackball attached that couldn't go on the net and required constant power from the wall. It ran Windows 3.0. Note this was back in '04 when XP was on the scene. The thing broke within 2 months, but I loved that piece of crap.

Oooh, way back in the day, when I was around 7, I had a crappy Windows XP computer that crashed at least twice a week, that stopped working and I never got a new one, we had another one used by everyone, so I just used that, only 2 years ago it got a Blue Screen and stopped working, so I built one (with the help of a computer expert of course) and that's now my current one.

Oh, and I got a laptop for my birthday this year, it runs XP, I'm using it to reply to this thread.
