Can't Upload - Checking Title Prob.

Hello when i am trying to upload my audio file on newgrounds i don't get any message
but the preview button is disabled so i cannot submit it...

also the text box of the title is dark this means it stuck on checking the title

why is this happening, i mean the title i gave it is very plain and simple
it just causes the preview button to be disabled,

How do i solve this? I want to upload my new song!
