One of the worst games I played is Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing, the gamlay was completely broken, textures were crap, AI is sleeping if not working. But If the goal was to create the world's most broken trucking game, then Big Rigs is a resounding success.

Superman 64. I rented that game twice and I fully regret that

This is my signature. It is a nice signature.
I've never actually played any truly horrible games to be honest. I've always only bought games if I was sure that they were any good.
That said, the worst game that I have ever played is Cruis 'N USA for the N64 in my opinion (which my brother bought). I'm just not a big fan of racing games in general, and I thought this game was very mediocre for a racing game. You can only choose four cars to race with, the collision physics make no sense, opponents will always catch up with you no matter what and you can't even choose every track in the game if you just want to do a single race. It doesn't really have any extras either. You can beat it in two hours and you'll never have any reasons to play it anymore.

The Top 100 Reviewers List (Last updated: 28 December 2014)
Jericho is the worst game I've ever played. It's no so much the worst for the features as the game works, but is mediocre in everything it does. It has bland environments, with bland gameplay with a bland mechanic that allows you to forward the bland metaplot. However, what makes it my worst game I've ever played is how hideous the writing is. It still surprises me Clive Barker, the writer, is gay. Not because he comes off as straight, but to write characters you're meant to care about as racist homophobic misanthropics.
Seriously, it seems an art form that he was able to create something so diabolical as the characters all wear tight black leather like Trinity and Neo wear in The Matrix, and spend most of the game bitching "HEAL ME!" and trash talking each other. No, I don't think it's amusing, witty or interesting to hear the muscle-bound Latino tell a butch lesbian to suck his dick, nor did I find it much more amusing that the butch lesbian (seriously, they did actually make her a lesbian, apparently) was attracted to the main character THUS DEFEATING THE FUCKING LABEL. There's another female character who pulls the pathetic "sixteen year old girl pretending to be schizophrenic" routine, as she refers to her teddy bear as an actual person. Those who aren't in the midst of manufacturing misanthropic gamers who want to shoot as many people as possible, are bland and generic enough where no real features about them spring to mind. I had even forgotten there was a third female character when I went to relook up the horrible memory about six months ago, about two years after I had played it, because she was more akin to background noise than the wind.
This too will pass.
Memento mori
The worst game I've played would have to be Slender. It isn't that I dislike the game, it is that I don't get the chance to play as many games as I used to.
I dont usually play games I know are bad or have a bad reputation.
However in my younger years when I liked to gamble with the bargain bin I would say sonic '06
Thats the only game that comes to mind, but I kinda liked it. It was so bad it was hilarious. It was a game trying to to do stupid shit.
I cant definitively give you the worst game i've ever played because im not sure.

Now that I think about it I only play games people tell me are good. The one time I played a game of my own choice I got diabetes.

Then what is the worst game you have played? Your post didn't answer the question as even among only good games there has to be a worst, not everything is perfectly as good as everything else.
When this post hits 88 mph, you're going to see some serious friendship.

Being the lover of mythology that I am, I chose to brush aside the negative reviews and storm in guns blazing.
I left after 10 minutes, looking like swiss cheese, covered in gryphon waste..waving rubbery guns around.

I could list a million bad games I've played, but the most resent one is Magic Carpet for the PS1. I picked it up at the pawn shop for $1 so I really can't say I was expecting much.
I'm a pretty big fan of Ranma 1/2 so I ended up playing an old SNES fighting game made of it; Ranma 1/2: Hard Battle, and it was the clunkiest fighting game I had ever played.
The music and sound was kind of bad too.
Fable 2. If anyone likes it that's okay, but I just hate it.
Although Fable 3 would probably takes it's place, since I have heard nothing but bad things about it. But since I haven't played it (nor shall I) Fable 2 stands right now as the worst game I've played.
In my own opinion of course

On second thought I was cursed with an Xbox 360 one day out of shear boredom. It wouldn't be so bad if the persons taste in games wasn't equally horrible. Sports games everyonewhere, and the only shooters he had were shit ones like CoD.
Halo ODST: boring as shit backtracking and uninteresting shit all around.
Dead rising some sort of prequel I guess edition: It was the downloadable dead rising designed for anyone overeager to play dead rising 2. Boring, this, monotonous, and lacked aesthetic COMPLETELY. The game was more boring to look at than it was to play.
But the worst one out of all of that was BURGER KING POCKET BIKER.
Anyone remember that? It was a 'promotion' a while ago. When you walked into burger king you could buy burger king themed Xbox games for $5 a pop. There was boxing, something, something, and pocket bike racing.
The game controlled, looked, sounded and felt like ass. Dreadful.
Thats the worst game i've ever played. Burger king pocket racer.
It also, now that I think about it spawned my hatred for the Xbox as a console.
Crackdown was shit as well.
Neon Genesis Evangelion for the Nintendo 64..
im going to say lastly plated games due to i dont remember every game ive ever played
the witcher enhanced edition
starcraft 2
Its only rape if you say no.
Say no to rape.
The worst game I played...
Godai: Elemental Forces or something like that.

Brothers in Arms:Earned in blood.

to play.
The Extra-Terrestrial is the worst game that i ever played. It totally screwed my brain.

Well it is the worst game I've played. I would not go so far to say that it is the worst game out there. I just simply didn't like it, and among all other games I've played that one is the only that can be counted as "worst".

i'm sorry, but i found road to hill 30 pretty boring... i mean every fucking time shoot, take cover for a minute until the enemy cover counter finish, then shoot again, and if you miss him repeat

Brink.Why?Story was almost non-existent:
Good guys:Save that guy, then don't let them take that other guy, then we should take that thing then we should prevent the big explosion
Bad guys:Don't let that guy go,let's take that guys, let's take that machine thing, don't let them take that other thing(or was it the same thing) and then let that pilot fly away
Gameplay was nothing really special. You can't say the difference from other shooters and classes as important(IMO) as they should have been. Parkour was a new element, which I got to admit I kind of liked, but couldn't save the whole game.
As I heard in video-review for Brink "Brink was supposed to be the next tf2,with almost infinite customization and parkour" However it was just a big disappointment and a waste of money. I'm ashamed of myself that persuaded a friend of mine to buy it.
Also,to make things worse,I'm not an online gamer. All I could play was story with bots...
Have you ever played Batman: Forever on the SNES? That was terrible. Simply, terrible.
