hey, fast qestion here.. sorry if it dosnt go in this category but its about the music genres.
what kind of mood dose the dubstep/brostep/complextro (and similiar) genres have ??
how would u describe it?

If you're a musician, you can make any genre fit any mood.

No genre is limited in any way in terms of evoking moods.

Nah, there's so many sub genres of dubstep there's no "one way" to do it. I mean there's drumstep, trapstep, chillstep, brostep as some call it, so there's several different ways to go about it. :P

You could even integrate electro/complextro.
