Longest I've gone without sleep? Probably close to 40 hours. As far as today goes, I woke up at around 5 PM, so I've only been up around 9 and a half hours or so.

Yeah, that's probably a good reason for you to go back to sleep. It reminds me of the 2010 version of "A Nightmare On Elm Street" and as much as I hate that movie, I did learn some things about sleep deprivation. Of course, I never saw the original, so it would probably be better.
