Think about it a american tv station that shows good anime subbed? I talking about showing some good underlook anime and other good ones that never aired on tv. Do you think people will watch it?

No. I personally think it sounds like a terrible idea.

Wait, subbed anime only? I'm pretty sure that'd bother quite a lot of viewers.
But if it dillutes the massive attention that shitty anime like Naruto get, then I'd be all for it.

The main market for Anime is targeted at Asian countries specifically. I do not believe EU or USA for example would have enough of a market to go out of their way to purchase an entirely new package just so that they can watch Dubbed anime. Because that channel is clearly not going to come free on Freeview. So the entire market for Dubbed anime is by default cut in half, which would be probably around 1-2%. They would barely get any money from it and the money they do get from it will go back in to paying the staff as well as channel hosting.
So...yeah bad idea.

Ahh you meant subbed anime...okay well in that case cut the market even more so they wont even have enough money to pay for the channel itself now. Now its a worse idea.

Well the tricky thing is what's considered good anime to who? Of course I know the answer to this question, but does everyone else is the biggest thing. What I do know is, that there is not enough anime on TV as a whole, anything to get more anime into the airwaves and have more than the lowest common denominator of the fanbase to watch and enjoy is something I can approve.
Do you think people will watch it?
I would personally, because subtitled anime doesn't bother me any, but good luck trying to get a huge audience when the anime fanbase loves to bitch about subs vs. dubs, among numerous others.

100% of the people who avidly watch anime enough to subscribe to a channel would agree that dubbed versions are just plain terrible.

The thing is, a lot of Americans just won't watch movies or shows subtitled. I don't see the problem. It's not hard and it doesn't make anything harder to follow.
I remember when I saw Pan's Labyrinth in the theater, a bunch of people walked out as soon as they heard the Spanish and saw the subtitles on the screen. How lazy can you be? You already payed for the damn thing, just sit through it and try to follow. It won't hurt your brain, I promise.
Also, what would you consider to be good anime? I think I tend to differ with the average anime viewer on that. Naruto, Inuyasha, all the high school slice of life whatever, harem shit, cutesy "moe" schoolgirl blabla etc. I hate it all.

one hundred percent? That's extremely false. I take it case by case. Sometimes the dub is quite good, definitely enough to go with, and sometimes it's even better than the sub. Such examples include Cowboy Bebop, the Lupin III red jacket series, and Shin Chan (rewritten awesomely). Other times, though, yeah, I'll pick the sub because either the acting in the dub is bad, or the dialogue deviates far too much from the original version (without being a comedic rewrite).

I just don't get the people who insist that every single anime in all existence must be viewed in the original audio with subtitles or it's just unacceptable.

No matter how they dub it they're ruining the anime and making it suck.

See, you just don't make sense to me. Cowboy Bebop's dub was way better than the original.

Not that great of an idea because no matter what, people are going to make a ruckus about it, no one will be pleased, money will be lost, and it will collapse in on itself.
You're better off doing whatever you already do. As long as you support the official release or w/e

I personally would love it. I have Funimation channel for a long time but it disappeared. It was all dubbed, but they played good anime. I like subbed anime more tho. I have no anime channel at all now....I have to watch my anime on animefushigi/animefreak or Hulu.

I guess you could have some kind of itneractive service to let people switch audio and subs, but I think its easier to just use an .mkv file on my computer than do that on tv.
