I'm afraid none of these will happen... it would take about 5-6 more NG redesigns to achieve these, minus the world hunger.

So do you guys have to do massive database migrations or hardware stuff regularly or something? Of course I don't know the details of your deployment processes, but in my experience, most things can be deployed through git without much noticeable downtime.
