It's really easy just to blow off a good couple of hours (or days) link-hopping on the internet. Hours of lurking in forums or chatrooms and reading Cracked or webcomics and just bullshit.
Is there an application that I can download that ATTACHES to somewhere visible on the web-browser, where I can sort of treat it like an egg-timer? "I want to do X amount of time bullshitting, then I GOT to get back to work" and then it'll let me know when that time is up.
Help, NG...Something's gotta change.

Just use your phone, or look at the clock every once in a while. A quick glance isn't going to divert you too far from your "bullshitting."
