All of these to some degree. Depends on the time of day. I prefer sweet, light food in the morning and savoury food throughout the rest of the day.

Other (pizzas or pastas I think), but if I had to choose anything from A-D I'd go for Lasagne.

Well I "cook" dinner, but I also make my own breakfast and lunch usually. If I do cook something for breakfast or lunch it's pancakes or soup. Not bacon, eggs, beans or whatever. Usually I just eat some sandwiches or rusk or fruit though.
6. IF you answered "Yes" to question 4, do you cook for your family?
Yes or No?
For my girlfriend, but I've never really cooked for my family to be honest. My mother always did the cooking.
7.What food do you expect from a restaurant?
A) Fancy Food
B) Pub Grub
C) All-you-can-eat
D) Normal Food
E) Starters Appetizers e.t.c

Depends entirely on what kind of place I'm in. I don't know what you mean with normal food, but at a standard restaurant I do expect food that's at least better than what I could make myself. If I'm at a pub or some cheap looking place I don't have high expectations and if I'm at a fancy restaurant I do expect something a bit more extraordinary.
8. Do you generally like eating lots of food?

You mean stuff myself full? I kinda like doing that, yes. Maybe because if I don't eat until I'm full I know I'm going to be hungry again two hours from then.
9. Do you snack during the day?
Yeah, quite a lot. But I could use a few extra pounds :p

Don't care much for salads. Don't like food that contains too much meat (at least not Italian foods). What I don't like much at all is sea food.
