I remember watching the latest episodes of "The Colbert Report" and "The Daily Show" and I think Thursday's episodes are the last ones of the year. I was quite surprised they didn't make some joke about it, because they've done stuff like that before. I guess this stuff is so dumb not even comedians are making fun of it.

I heard that roughly 250,000 people die every day, so this is going to be the end of the world for at around that number of people. I mean, that IS a pretty high number. Can you even name 250,000 people? (jk)

Our worlds are separate, and they only end when WE die as an individual.

The world itself will not end anytime soon, just the people observing it will

In response to the initial statement, I wouldn't care if the world ended on that day(even though I have better things to do than wish and hope on the end of the world), a lot of people in the world, including me, will die on the day we were born.
