After doing a quick calculation with the Harris Benedict formula I found that I need to eat 1735 calories for my entire day, which I need to split into five meals which is 347 per. I wasn't a fan of the five meal set-up so I scrapped it (I can't stomach breakfast) so I made my times according to my schedule of things I usually eat.
Below is time span and meal
12pm-2pm, Veggie Burger
4pm-6pm, cultural meal(it's a college thing, they bring in different meal ideas from the globe.
7pm, 3 hard boiled eggs with Caesar dressing
8pm on, a cup of mixed nuts and a cup of multi-grain cheerios
(throughout the day I drink water and unsweetened tea)
in the end I got 1225 in caloric value and I'm going to embark on insanity which is going to burn 700+ cal and if my body is healthy is will already burn 1500 throughout the day. So yeah NG, what's you calorie intake and what do you eat?
Oh and that was my weekday schedule, on weekends I eat nothing but jagged diamonds and drink H2SO4 with no dilution.

Sometimes I eat breakfast at lunch time I don't even.
This is what I ate for the last two days.
Monday:
12:00 - Coffee.
16:00 - Roast beef dinner (all the veg, etc.)
16:20 - Roast beef dinner (see above)
20:00 - Roast beef dinner (third)
Tuesday:
12:00 - Coffee, Doritos.
16:00 - Roast pork dinner (all the veg, etc.)
16:20 - Roast pork dinner (see above)
20:00 - Roast pork dinner (third)
Today:
12:00 - Coffee.
14:00 - Roast pork sandwiches, mandarins, pears.
That's it so far.

Anyway I live on a diet of sandwiches Monday through Forever.
6:00 am - Wake up and start eating
11:00 am - poop
11:30 am - wipe
11:45 am- return to eating without washing hands
4:00 pm - post on Newgrounds while pooping
5:00 pm - wash poop off of hands and keyboard
5:30 pm- return to eating
10:00 pm - poop, then fall asleep on the toilet.
Wake up in the mornin' feelin' like P. Diddy
8:00 AM - one bottle of Jack
That's about it, I don't need anything else

I sort of included those in my list above.
I eat like, 4-5 times a week. With rare exceptions, I drink tea like a motherfucker though.

I tend eat like one meal a day nowadays and drink tea a lot.

To the OP: Academia might be interested in precise, easy to add, caloric numbers, but people are NOT numbers. The amount of calories and composition per meal, as well as physical and mental activity, are as fluid and unpredictable as the weather. It's almost like hydrating... it's not how much you drink, but how frequently (often). Check the numbers before you turn in for the night; after a while, you'll get set straight.

I don't have a set time but I eat a lot of red meat because it's delicious and good for me.
