Kinda bored and thought maybe someone could get some neat health ideas from this.
After doing a quick calculation with the Harris Benedict formula I found that I need to eat 1735 calories for my entire day, which I need to split into five meals which is 347 per. I wasn't a fan of the five meal set-up so I scrapped it (I can't stomach breakfast) so I made my times according to my schedule of things I usually eat.
Below is time span and meal
12pm-2pm, Veggie Burger
4pm-6pm, cultural meal(it's a college thing, they bring in different meal ideas from the globe.
7pm, 3 hard boiled eggs with Caesar dressing
8pm on, a cup of mixed nuts and a cup of multi-grain cheerios
(throughout the day I drink water and unsweetened tea)
in the end I got 1225 in caloric value and I'm going to embark on insanity which is going to burn 700+ cal and if my body is healthy is will already burn 1500 throughout the day. So yeah NG, what's you calorie intake and what do you eat?
Oh and that was my weekday schedule, on weekends I eat nothing but jagged diamonds and drink H2SO4 with no dilution.
