Voice Actors needed

Hi guys.
I'm an comic and cartoon artist. And I'm looking for voice actors for my cartoons. It's not a commercial project but I'm ready to discuss any prices if your voice will be perfect for my project. English is not my native so I'm looking for help with dialogues too. So it should be like a long and interesting work together, experience exchange and stuff.
I need different voice types but, please, I want you have englsh as your first language.
