RULES:
1. Less than 20
2. Has a Skype
3. Can do this for free
4. Does not curse mildly
Let me guess:
You're a kid who wants to become the next (insert famous author on Newgrounds here) who you thought to be hilarious when you watched his/her cartoons as an eight or nine-year-old. The only problem is that you don't have a proper work ethic to actually improve your skills on your own and are looking for someone else to do some to even most of the work for you rather than find out how to do these things yourself and didn't even bother looking them up in the first place to see how difficult they actually could be. Therefore, you didn't bother setting a standard of quality with yourself and the people you're working with and automatically assumed that there would be someone here willing to work for you without any proof or evidence of the kind that helps your case that you are capable of leading this project and will help in some particular way. To make things worse, have you presented what you could do? You have one stinking animation out and, to be perfectly honest, it doesn't look that well. Also, you're expecting a 3D animator to come out and sacrifice his free-time without any specification on the project or examples of what it will indeed look like? And really, you can't not expect people to curse. It's only a small thing, and if your mommy is peeping over your shoulder to look at the Skype conversation you're having with a stranger over the internet then you probably need to rethink your planning.

Eddsworld. In this thread he applied another rule: "animates in an Eddsworld type style" I don't animate like Edd, and I never will, because I mind everyone copying him since he's dead.
And really, you can't not expect people to curse.
Right. I don't even know why he he applied that "does not curse mildly". Is that really the most important thing? All of the rules he said don't really make sense, like, why does the animator have to be less than 20 years old? Why is he supposed to have a Skype account?
The only rule that does make sense apart all of this is the fact that the animator should be doing this for free, but that makes the whole thing hopeless.
Obviously, the OP is inexperienced and simply too young to understand this. He's just another guy who breaks in the Collaboration forum saying: "hey guys who wants to do a bunch of work for me for free because I don't want to".
You could say, the only way you'd get people to help you is if you'd be doing noticeable or a major part of the work yourself.
Instead of just being the guy with the plan and everyone else does the work.
That's something you should add when starting a collaboration.
List of recommended things to add on your collaboration post:
- Short description of the project (for people skimming through the forums.)
- What kinds of people you need.
- If it's a paid job or not.
- If you'll be working on it as well (You should, cause nobody's gonna do all the work for you.)
- More detailed explanation of the project.
Develop your own Style and Ideas bud.. No one will watch your shit if it's a knock off of a well regarded animator..
